Rural Life Vintage Revival 2020 will be taking place over the weekend of Saturday 5th September and Sunday 6th September at The Rural Life Centre, Tilford near Farnham in Surrey.
After the third successful Revival in September 2019 the event is back for a fourth year! This year's event will be bigger and better and will include some features from 2019 as well as some new ones with more live music, makeovers, food, a bar and plenty of stalls embracing the 1940s and 50s era.
We will be kicking off the weekend on the evening of Friday 4th September with an all weather, open air screening of a classic vintage movie. On Saturday evening there will be a dance with doors opening at 7.30pm. Should stallholders wish to stay open throughout the dance, you are more than welcome but you may need to bring lighting for the evening. (All electrical items MUST be PAT tested before use at the museum.)
The museum will be open to the public from 10am to 5pm on Saturday 5th September and from 10am to 5pm on Sunday 6th September. On Saturday and Sunday, stallholders will be required to stay open until 5pm but can choose to stay open in to the evening on Saturday should they so wish. The museum will open at 8am for stallholders to set up on each day.
We have a limited number of inside pitches available and these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once all inside pitches are filled, the option will be removed from this booking form.
Inside pitches are priced at £12 per table or per rail space. Tables or rails inside are limited to 3 per stallholder. The tables/ spaces measure approx 6ft x 3ft. For bigger pitches please choose the outside option.
Outside pitches are priced at £30 and measure approx 3m x 3m. If you intend to have a stall measuring more than 3m x 3m you will need to purchase further pitches to accommodate your stall.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to bring your own gazebo, tables and chairs for outside pitches. Tables and chairs cannot be provided for outside stalls.
Please submit your application by Monday 24th August 2020.

Please wait for pitch confirmation before making payment for your pitch.
