Please remember that a booking is not confirmed until a deposit payment is received, until that time your planned dates are available for anyone to book.
Hire bookings and insurance will only be arranged once a deposit has been taken (or full payment for a last minute hire).
Bookings are taken on the understanding that the customer has read and accepted our terms and conditions in full (they are published on our website) and agree to be bound by them.
Due to the unprecedented rise in the UK staycation we are strongly advising all customers to ensure they have campsite or stop overs booked in good time as campsites will be getting booked up far faster than normal. We cannot refund a hire if your chosen campsite is full when you come to book it. We are also strongly advising all customers to take out independent travel insurance for their trip.
All bookings are covered by our covid refund policy which means that if travel restrictions are imposed which means your hire cannot legally or safely go ahead we will offer you a free change of dates or a refund. You can book with confidence knowing that if national lockdown strikes again you won't lose out.
