The Registration process is straightforward, you will be asked for your name and contact details as the person making the registration. This information will only be used by the Conference Team in relation to this conference and will be deleted once the conference is over. Anonymised statistical data will be kept for future conference planning.
You will be asked for your hotel name so that your registration pack can be delivered during Friday afternoon. As we anticipate that some delegates will arrive on Saturday morning, you will also be asked if you would prefer to pick up your information at the Registration desk rather than have it delivered to your hotel. If your hotel is not listed, put "Other" in the hotel box and you will be able to pick up your registration pack and badges from the Registration Desk in the Conference Centre during a plenary session.
If you are registering on behalf of your club and not all the members are staying in the same hotel, please fill in a form for each hotel so that the packs can be correctly located.
