After the first two workshops in February 17 staff stepped forward to train as facilitators and 6 to develop skills in Emotion Coaching to use within supervision groups. The facilitators were each given the opportunity to present in two sets of training workshops. This piece of work completed on July 5 th and we have 11 trained facilitators able to support a relationship approach to staff wellness, the cascading of information about ACEs and the use of psychoeducation tool Mindful Emotion Coaching to build skills and capabilities.
Coaching and mindful exercises were provided before or after each workshop and open to all facilitators and supervisors to attend. The mindfulness trainer Foo Boston supported this.
