About the job
As Senior Analyst you will join CIPs Asset Management team in Copenhagen. You will play a key role in the team, where you will be reporting to the asset management function. As Senior Analyst you will provide the team and management with research and analytical support associated with CIPs funds and development projects on a global scale. Your tasks will include management reporting on global projects in the construction phase as well as in the operational phase. You will also participate in developing and building new projects within biomass, solar panels, waste to energy or wind power. Furthermore, you will be developing and presenting in depth presentation material based on key figures outlining the company’s assets.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Delivering ad hoc analysis of CIPs funds and development projects
Working closely with the finance department in detecting and analysing new investment prospects
Developing and maintaining complex financial models for both upcoming and existing assets
Provide detailed analytics to all stakeholders
Respond to internal information requests
Preparing PowerPoint presentations for management level
Other ad hoc asset management tasks
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate has a university degree within accounting, economics, finance or similar and possesses two or more years of work experience within Financial Analysis and has gained excellent financial modelling and database skills from a large international corporation, preferably within a Danish C25 company. Furthermore, he or she has the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are being met, as well as the candidate keeps attention to details and is accurate under time pressure. Being able to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment is also preferred. The candidate has excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken Danish and English.
