1. What are your main reasons for choosing to undertake the MBCT-L course?
2. Have you had recent trauma or changes in your life that may be adding to your current stress load and which may make meditation difficult for you? (for example, change of job, redundancy, difficulties at work, unemployment, divorce, moving house, relationship difficulties, bereavement, illness etc.) If so, can you note below the trauma and/or changes.
