    The sessions are run by personal trainers from Pioneer Fitness and are offered on a subsidised basis of £5 for 5 week thanks to funding from Sport England
  • About the sessions

    The sessions run every Saturday from 1pm for 1 hour and classes alternate on a weekly basis between strength & conditioning/circuits and boxercise. The sessions are run by fully qualified personal trainers, exercises can be adapted to suit all fitness abilities (and anyone with any medical conditions).
