To ensure that we can present the maximum number of companies during PACE we are asking all companies to present an extract of their work of up to 45 minutes maximum. A select few productions will be given the chance to present full tour ready work.

Costs

PACE will not support the creation, development or rehearsal costs of any projects. We will provide the following, all subject to receipt of technical details and negotiation:
- venue for the presentation of your show.
- technical equipment: lighting, sound, etc.
- technical support for get in/get out and running of the show.
- marketing of all shows in the Showcase.
- space and time to rehearse your show.
- discounted accommodation with wifi.
Like all showcase platforms, PACE will not pay for an artist fee.

It is your responsibility to get your company to pay for your return travel to Bloemfontien.
NB: WE CANNOT COVER THE COSTS OF TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION OR VISAS
