The activities in my yoga classes include stretching and lifting body weight as well as breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. The physical activities are designed to improve cardiovascular (heart and lungs) fitness, muscle strength and endurance as well as flexibility. I aim to fully explain each part of the class to you. However, if you are not clear about anything, please ask questions. If for any reason you should not do a particular posture or activity for any reason, please inform me.
The information you have given in this form is treated in the strictest confidence and kept secure in a locked facility. It will be safely destroyed after you are no longer attending regularly (usually a month after non-attendance). You have the right to withdraw this form with its information at any time.
