Failure to drain all fuel, oil and allowing your machine to air prior to collection may cause the package to be detained at the courier central distribution hub. This will incur a charge for re-collection which you will be responsible for.
Any damage or loss due to insufficient packaing will not be able to be claimed for from the courier company and will be your responsibility.
When your machine is returned to us; if any fault reported is found to be one that is not covered by your warranty then you will be charged for delivery, labour and any parts used.
If your machine is covered by Return to Base (RTB) warranty, your will be charged for collection, the cost of which will be discussed with you once the unit is assessed.
NB* Highlands, Islands and extended areas will be priced on application.
IMPORTANT: On receipt of this form you will recieve a PDF / Printable RMA slip that MUST be included with your return. Failure to do this will result in delays with your repair, placement or refund(s).
Case number to be placed on box & stuck on not directly written on.
Service records not included or completed will lead to the machine not being covered under warranty.
By signing this form, you are in agreement with the abover terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
