DATA PROTECTION AND IMAGE RIGHTS

   * By entering competitors give permission to the Organising Authority to collect and use data about the competitor for organising this Regatta

   * The Organising Authority has adopted a Data Protection Policy for the Championship which is available on the www.NYC.ie website.

   * By entering the Regatta, competitors and support persons accept that the Organising Authority may arrange for images or videos to be taken at the event both on the water and on shore.

   * Competitors and support persons by entering give consent to the taking of such images and to the use, reuse, publication and republication of such images in any media, in conjunction with the competitor’s name or not, without compensation and without the competitor’s approval of such images or any use thereof. The images may only be used for the promotion of the Irish Sailing Pathfinder Women At The Helm Regatta , its sponsors or the organising authority.

Disclaimer 

I wish to enter the above boat in the Irish Sailing Pathfinder Women at the Helm Regatta 2019 and I agree to be bound by the RRS, the Prescriptions of the IS, the Class Rules (where applicable) and the Sailing Instructions. I accept that the participation of the above named boat and all crew on-board in this event is at my sole and exclusive risk in every respect. By this entry I hereby indemnify the Race Committee, Irish Sailing, the National Yacht Club, its officers, trustees, members, servants, agents and sponsors in respect of all claims and demands of whatever nature which may be made upon them in connection with or howsoever arising from participation or intended participation of the above boat and crew in the event, and I acknowledge that the Race Committee, Irish Sailing, the National Yacht Club, its officers, trustees, members, servants, agents and sponsors accept no responsibility in respect of loss of life, personal injury or loss or damage to property which I or any other person may sustain by participation or intended participation of the above named boat in the Championships or howsoever arising in connection with the event.

I confirm that I carry adequate valid insurance, of not less than €3 million, to cover my liability in connection with my participation in the event.
