  • To ensure the participants’ requirements and expectations for the ACQUIFER Imaging Machine Workshop at the University of Uppsala, the ACQUIFER team kindly requests all participants to fill out the following part of the demo user form.

  • 1. Information on demo location:

  • 4. Online Seminar - Save the date:

     For all participants an online seminar will be organized. In this seminar the ACQUIFER Imaging Machine will be presented. Additionally, ACQUIFER will give an overview about the range of applications the Imaging Machine can be used for.  

    The online Seminar will take place at the 14th of December 2023, 14:00 - 15:00. 

    All participants will receive an invitation before the seminar starts.

  • 5. Online Seminar and Hands-on information:

     The hands-on sessions will be held in small groups between 4 to 5 participants with 3 to 4 hours time at the Imaging Machine. Every participant is free to choose the day or days that fit best, but the ACQUIFER team will try to arrange hands-on sessions with same areas of interest. For proper planning, ACQUIFER will get in contact with all hands-on participants in person.

  • 6. Information on samples:

     

    Biological Savety: Please note that we can only handle samples that fulfil TECHlab Level S1 requirements.

     

  • 6.1. Zebrafish imaging:

  • 6.2. Imaging of other samples (e.g. cells, spheroids, yeast, drosophila, c. elegans)

  • 7. Imaging data


    The results of the hands-on sessions will not be shared with third parties without the consent of the participants. For potential usage of image data as supporting material (Application Notes or other marketing material) the ACQUIFER team will always ask for permission and will acknowledge the courtesy of the image data.
