All information submitted will remain in strictest confidence and will be only disseminated among the members of the ACCIS Management Board. It will be used by the ACCIS Management Board for the purpose of evaluating the ability of the applicant to meet the qualifications and requirement for ACCIS membership.

ARTICLE 3 - MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership of the Association is open to any legal entity established in a country belonging to geographical Europe that collects and distributes credit information or any other relevant data for creditworthiness assessments on consumers or businesses to a substantial extent, under its publicly declared purpose. The membership criteria may be further outlined in the Internal Rules.
ARTICLE 4 - ASSOCIATES AND AFFILIATES

1. Associates: Associateship with the Association is open to any other legal entity that collects and distributes credit information or any other relevant data for creditworthiness assessments on consumers or businesses to a substantial extent, under its publicly declared purpose.

2. Affiliates: Affiliateship with the Association is open to any other legal entity that actively supports the purpose and activities of ACCIS.

The fee for the first year is calculated on a pro rata basis, considering the moment of admission into ACCIS IVZW.
