After completing our T&C's, and the booking form for your type of hire, we will then send an e-invoice to your email address for your booking fee and any other remaining payment amounts. Simply click the link within the e-invoice to make payment by the due date(s) given.
Failure to make payment of your booking fee on the same day as the e-invoice is sent, may result in you loosing your date if someone else pays to secure the date for their event before you. Your date will ONLY be secure and your booking confirmed once we have received payment of your booking fee
If any other remaining payments are due, no later than 28 days before the event, and are not paid we will treat this as you choosing to cancel our services.

It is therefore essential that no parking restrictions apply that might prevent us from carrying out these activities and that sufficient space is available to enable us to carry out these tasks. Once unloaded, the vehicles can be removed to a suitable parking area which, for security and convenience of storing/collecting reserve stock, must be close to and within the boundary of the venue.
6.2 If suitable and sufficient space is not available and/or we have to park illegally, you will be responsible for payment of any non endorseable fines. Please note: Under no circumstances will we park or unload in any area where our vehicle(s) may be towed away, clamped, locked in or where we may be liable for an endorseable penalty/commit an endorseable offence.
6.3 The decision of our driver(s) shall be final with regard to any issue relating to parking, or vehicle/staff safety. Should any issue arise relating to these matters, our driver(s) will contact you or your appointed event representative in order to discuss suitable alternatives.
