Pre-School Application Form

There are three points in the year by which applications should be received:
By the previous 31 January to start the following September
By the previous 30 April to start the following January
By the previous 30 September to start the following April
Applications received before the deadline for each start date will be dealt with according to our admissions criteria.
Late applications will be processed on a first come first served basis, if there are no places they will be carried forward to the next start date.
If there are more applications than there are places, then parents are informed that their child's name has been placed on our waiting list.

Parents will be informed about their child's place by:
1st May to start the following September
1st October to start the following January
1st February to start the following April

Please tick when you would like your child to attend Holt House Pre-school. We recommend your child attends for five mornings or five afternoons so that they can benefit from the full range of our pre-school curriculum. You may use a maximum of 15 hours per week free of charge (children become eligible for free funding the term after their third birthday). There is a £4.00 charge for lunch-time supervision for full day sessions as this is not covered by the free early learning entitlement. School meals cost £2.30 or children can bring a healthy packed lunch.
