The successful candidate will become a member of CIP’s investment team focusing on markets outside OECD countries playing a vital and accountable role in the investment process. Responsibilities will include:
Building and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises
Developing internal analysis and presentations
Preparation of investment committee materials
Working with and managing external advisers including legal, financial and technical to execute investments
Management of due diligence work streams for potential investment opportunities
Research in relation to counterparties, markets and assets
The work is project driven and will involve all aspects of the infrastructure investment process including sourcing and acquisition, financing, and exits.

Recent experience within Private Equity, Infrastructure Investment, and/or Investment Banking or similar
Strong academic background with a relevant degree from a leading university
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills and very strong attention to detail
Solid corporate finance knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of energy and infrastructure assets, and experience/language skills from our target geographies (particularly Latin America or Asia).
