• Performance space within the market will be allocated by the organisers in the overall best interest of the event
The criteria that each group must meet and sign up to before being considered is outlined below:
Event opens at 11.00am on Saturday and 12 noon on Sunday. All groups must be ready to perform at their allocated time.
All groups must comply with all relevant food safety, health and safety regulations and fire regulations.
Groups must supply their own instruments and equipment.
A company employee familiar with all products must be on site throughout the event. This would preferably be the producer him/herself.
Electrical appliances to be used MUST be specified on the application form and cannot change without notification to the organisers, at least one week before the event.
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council reserve the right to restrict the number of participiants in a performance in order to ensure that health and safety regulations are met.
All decisions regarding participation in this event are entirely at the organisers’ discretion.
