• Exhibitor fees stated above will provide you with a 6ft trestle table and chair – Exhibitor fees will vary due to the cost of venue only. You will need to bring a tablecloth
• Should your set-up be in excess of 7ft, you will be required to pay double pitch fee or ask for a bespoke quote
• Exhibitor set-up will begin 2 hours prior to the start time of the event with doors open to the public from 12 noon
• Any exhibitors not inside the venue 30 mins before the event start time without a genuine reason or a call to Nicola Smith on 07955 273923 will not be allowed to take part. NO REFUNDS will be given
• Fairs will close at the times stated above. We ask exhibitors to respect the guests and not to pack down their stall until this time - unless specific permission is given
• Exhibition space will be provisionally held on a first come, first served basis. Please note, your booking is only provisionally held until full payment is made
• We will endeavour to keep duplication of suppliers to a minimum. This is to ensure quality or offering and for fairness to exhibitors of the same service type whilst still providing client choice
• Anyone wanting a fair presence but cannot make the date – if you’d like to pop your leaflet or promo item in our goody bag – you can do so for £15 per fair. Item to reach us 2 weeks before a fair date
• Your fee MUST be paid within 30 days of your enquiry to secure your exhibition space. If payment is still outstanding 30 days before the date of the fair we may, at our discretion give your space to another exhibitor. We will notify you of this
• You are welcome to bring your own banners, posters, props, lights or any other item you require to exhibit. You are welcome to utilise all the space around you but please be courteous to other stall holders and remember the 7ft rule, as above
• You MUST advise us if you require access to electricity. Please indicate below. If you do not indicate on this form that you require electricity we will presume that you can be placed away from an electrical source. No alternative pitch positions will be offered
• In the event of ANY disputes, the decision made by You Said Yes is FINAL

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be offered a refund
• All of our wedding fairs are indoors unless specified otherwise. There may be at some venues, outside spaces
