Looking for a cost effective and efficient way for your organisation to improve its Safeguarding policies and implementation? Reshet has created Safeguarding Surgeries which are open to all Jewish charities.
Aims of a safeguarding surgery
- To embed a positive culture of safeguarding into Jewish charities.
- To create a safe space for colleagues to assess their own organisational safeguarding practice.
- To allow participants an opportunity to amend and improve safeguarding practice as necessary.
How will the safeguarding surgery benefit your charity?
- The safeguarding surgeries are designed for professionals/lay leaders from communal charities to have an opportunity to assess, evaluate and question their own organisational safeguarding policies and implementation, working with a Safeguarding expert, in an environment committed to continuous improvement.
- There will be a maximum of seven charities per surgery, maximum 2 people per charity, working together with an experienced safeguarding trainer.
- Please book your place asap. Reshet cannot transfer a charity from one surgery to another – please ensure you are able to attend the Safeguarding Surgery you book.
Please note, there are no refunds once a place has been booked.
Kosher lunch and snacks provided.
Cost: £130 for one person, £160 for 2 people (if from the same organisation, otherwise please book separately)
