Do any of your tapes show signs of mould?Have a look at the photo below, then at your tapes. Do any of them look similar? Is there any white residue on the tape or the spools? If so then you may have made a new fungal friend, but don't worry, we may be able to salvage them... Black Notley Video Converters to the rescue! We can attempt to clean the mould from £5 per infected tape, but success isn't always guaranteed.

Got mould?* This field is required.If you're one of the unlucky ones, please make sure to wash your hands after handling the tapes. It might not look like much, but this stuff is dangerous and can cause some pretty nasty health problems! Make sure you keep them away from your 'healthy' tapes too, as they could get infected.

How many of your tapes are infected?* This field is required.Please make sure you label and wrap each mouldy tape up individually. We are passionate about the environment though, and recommend using a recycled/recyclable envelope or a home compostable sandwich bag/bin liner to wrap each tape. If we receive any unwrapped mouldy tapes, we will need to treat all of the other tapes in that order, if they have visible mould or not. Our equipment (and lungs) are like gold dust!

How many DVD copies would you like?* This field is required.It's impossible to say exactly how many of these little guys we would need until we have captured your footage, although that would be the perfect superpower for us! We hate technical jargon as much as the next person, so to keep it simple, we use 'Small' and 'Large' DVDs to store your videos, depending on how much there is. After the capture, we'll get in touch to discuss which ones to use and how many we'll need.

Each 'Small' DVD (4.7GB) is £5.00-, and each 'Large' DVD (8.5GB) is £7.50

How many USB copies would you like?* This field is required.Wait a minute... You got all of that... in there?! Aren't USBs just amazing?! Well, we definitely think so, and it's a great way to store your videos too. You can easily copy/transfer these files onto your computer for your own piece of mind, but it also makes it easy to share your most embarrassing moments with all of your friends and family. We won't know which size we will need until we have captured your footage, but will be in touch to talk about it when we do!

The size and cost of the USB will depend on the total size of the videos.

Last but not least, how do you want to get your tapes to us?* This field is required.It's probably safest to drop them off yourself, but you can always take a gamble and mail them to us. You feeling lucky? Make sure to wrap them in something suitable for the journey if possible (reusing old Amazon packaging is great!) to make sure they get here in one piece. We won't accept responsibility for any tapes that are damaged during transit... Sorry!
