Production time
Please be aware that ID cards are ordered in batches of around 40 per run, with an average of two runs per month. Each run takes approximately one week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your ID card to arrive after profile approval.

If your application/grade change has recently been approved we will add your ID card to the next production run. Please allow around two weeks for your ID card to arrive.

If, however, you have not yet received your first HPAC ID card, and it has been more than four weeks since your application/grade change was approved, please contact id.cards@hpac-uk.org
