If your application has recently been approved and you have been added to the public register, we will send you your first ID card at no additional cost. Please allow around four weeks, as we have to order ID cards in batches of around 40 at a time due to the high costs associated with their production.

If, however, you have not yet received your first HPAC ID card, and it has been more than four weeks since your application was approved/registration was completed. Please contact id.cards@hpac-uk.org

As of 23 April 2024, if the last card was issued over 24 months ago and the registrant has paid at least 24 months' worth of registration fees since then, and, is up to date with their current registration fees, there is no charge for a replacement card. If this does not apply to you, please go back a step and select "YES".

Your updated ID will be automatically sent to your registered *address within four weeks of your grade change.

If it has been more than four weeks since your grade change and you have not yet received your new ID card, please message id.cards@hpac-uk.org.

*Please note that it is the registrant's responsibility to ensure HPAC always holds their current address. A £30 fee will be applicable if another card is required due to outdated address information in their account.

Please be aware that there is a £30 fee to order a replacement or updated ID card.

Production time
Due to production costs, ID cards are ordered in batches of around 40 per run, with an average of two runs per month. Each run takes approximately one week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your ID card to arrive after profile approval.
