Please be aware that ID cards are ordered in batches of around 40 per run, with an average of two runs per month. Each run takes approximately one week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your ID card to arrive after profile approval.

If your application has recently been approved and you have been added to the public register, we will send you your first ID card at no additional cost. Please allow around four weeks, as we have to order ID cards in batches of around 40 at a time due to the high costs associated with their production.

If, however, you have not yet received your first HPAC ID card, and it has been more than four weeks since your application was approved/registration was completed. Please contact id.cards@hpac-uk.org
