    The Taste of Swansea Bay categories are all about food and drink (all visitors eat & drink somewhere) and ‘Taste of Swansea Bay’ categories are open to any business serving food & drink who provide excellent quality food & drink, with an innovative menu using locally sourced seasonal produce (where possible), promoting local Welsh identity. We will also be looking for excellent customer service and hospitality.

    Note: You may wish to type up your answers in a word document and keep a copy to avoid losing your work before submitting. It is worth keeping a copy of your answers and using them if entering other categories.

    Tips will be given along with each question to give you a clearer understanding of what information we are looking for.

    Winners of our Taste of Swansea Bay categories that serve food will be put forward against winners from Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire Tourism Awards for a chance to be an automatic finalist in the Visit Wales National Tourism Awards in 2020!
