This award is open to any individual age 30 or under, currently working, studying, or volunteering in the tourism sector in Swansea Bay & Neath Port Talbot who can demonstrate they go the extra mile to consistently provide a unique and memorable visitor experience, extending a warm welcome, making an extraordinary effort to provide more than is expected to the visitors who come to our area. A champion of green tourism, a champion social inclusivity, a champion of local Welsh food and drink. An individual who has dedication and passion and who has gone the extra mile for tourism in the community e.g. volunteering, getting involved in projects, campaigning.
The winner could also be a student who is showing great promise in the industry.
