Please download and foward the Electrical Inventory Form to any third party contractor or vendor. Please ensure that they fully read and complete the form as equipment not listed on the form or not compliant with the required standards (PAT Tested) will not be permitted at the event.

Please email the completed inventory form to info@nottinghamtec.co.uk referencing the Society Name and Date of event in the email 'Subject' field. This should be sent no later than 2 weeks before the event.
