Do you want to find out whether Ambassador Academy would be worthwhile for you? All you need to do is answer these questions.

Are Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Engagement (SQCDE) measures of interest to you?*

I'm not sure what SQCDE is?I have no interest in SQCDE.We've made a start, but have a way to go.We already use SQCDE, and it is fully effective.

How good is your data collection, prioritisation and feedback?*

We don't collect much data.We collect way too much data and don't do much with it.We get daily and weekly reports that tell us what we need.It's spot on, we know exactly what all the issues are all the time.

Do you use tiered accountability?*

What's tiered accountability?We've heard of it, but it's not something we use much.We have some meetings, maybe Tier 2, or Tier 3, but there are gaps to what we do.Tier 1-4 is embedded in the business, and linked to the PMO process.

How do you keep up to date with what’s happening in other factories?*

I don’t need to know what happens in other factories to do my job effectively.I keep up to date with our sister sites by reviewing their performance but that’s all.I would love to know what happens in other factories but I have no way of accessing that information.I belong to operational networking groups who share their challenges and solutions freely.

How well do you understand lean tools such as Problem Solving, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and 7 Wastes?*

I've had no exposure to Lean tools.I know what is important to us already.I know most of this stuff, but always willing to learn more.I'm a Lean Sigma master black belt already!

Would the benefit of knowing which tools are most suited to which situation be useful to you or your business?*

How far progressed are you with DMAIC and Leadership Routines (including Standard Work and Meeting structures)?*

Not even sure what this means!We've come across DMAIC, but don't really use it.We've got an improvement process similar to DMAIC, and Standard work, but there's more to do.We completely follow Six Sigma, it works, and we excel at what we do.

Is external operations advice something you use and value?*

I wouldn’t discuss our operations with anyone outside our business.I wouldn’t know where to go to seek advice.I’ve sought external advice before but it has been of little value.I frequently seek external advice and value the input received.
