Stands must be hired and manned for the full duration of the event. Exhibitors will be refused future participation if this rule is breached, the following options are available for hire:
ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS PLEASE NOTE: In order to be able to connect to the Anglesey Showground distribution points, it will be necessary for you to provide and use a compatible cable and connection which conforms with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.Electricity outlets for outside exhibitors will be situated at strategic points on the Showground and within 30m of your stand. There will be no 13amp connections available except for stands in the Pavilion. The type of cabling and connection you will require to bring with you are as follows:SIZE TYPESupplies up to 16 amps (3kw) 2.5 3138YAG BS4343ARTIC CABLE (Blue)Supplies up to 32 amps (6kw) 4.0 3138YAG BS4343ARTIC CABLE (Blue)Please note that connections above 32amp single phase are not available on the showground. Also, there are no 3 phase supplies available on the showground.(MINIMUM LENGTH OF CABLE REQUIRED = 30 METRES)Any person not in possession of the correct cabling and connections will be refused electrical connection.Exhibition Pavilion - Exhibitors will be able to connect directly into 13amp outlets.All cable extensions and connecting couplings must carry a P.A.T. Test Certificate (Portable Appliance Test) valid for the duration of the Show. A photocopy of the test certificate must be attached or be forwarded to the Office 1 month prior to the Show.The Show will be empowered to refuse electrical connection if a valid test certificate is not received within 1 month of the Show.
EXHIBITOR VEHICLE PASSES
The vehicle using this pass must be parked out of sight at the exhibitor car park, and this vehicle MUST be the only vehicle parked in this area. Your exhibitor and car park pass will be supplied on your arrival.
Extra vehicles for your exhibit space (staff), can park in the public car park (free of charge)
NB: EXHIBITOR VEHICLE ACCESS GATE WILL BE CLOSED AT 9.30am each morning of the event

I/We have read the terms and conditions and will complete and return the HandDS declaration by 30th March 2020 and agree to abide by them:- Please note: receipt of this application does not guarantee space at the show/festival, the organisers reserves the right to cancel or amend any allocation of space up until the event, whereupon any monies collected will be refunded in full. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified and payments returned. Please note the sub-letting of your stand space is not permitted.
I/We confirm to abide by the Festival / Show Rules, Regulations and Special Conditions as laid out in the Exhibitor Manual and to indemnify Sbarc Ltd against any claim arising from Personal Injury, Loss or Damage to Property, however occasioned.
I/We am/are that all electric used at the show, including any extension leads, will have a current PAT certificate before, during and after the duration of the event. The total power consumption of appliances attached to a single outlet extension leads will not exceed the capacity of the extension lead.
I/We also agree to clear the site of all litter and rubbish after the show and to deposit such litter and rubbish in the receptacles provided.
By submitting this form I confirm that I have read and understand all sections of the form. I also confirm that all the details contained herein are correct and that I will notify Sbarc Ltd in writing within 14 days of any changes to this information.
I understand that by falsifying any details my application and any subsequent registration will be invalid.
Under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 it is mandatory to demonstrate legal right to work in the UK. Therefore if you are NOT a national from the UK, Switzerland or the European Economic Area countries, you MUST send us proof of a legal right to work in the UK.
A copy of this application has now been sent to your email and to the event administrator, Sbarc Ltd. Within the next two working days a response of your application will be supplied with an invoice and link for direct payment (either deposit or balance or both depending on date of enquiry)
