  • Operative Selection Test

  • This test is for all potential Rudolph & Hellmann employees. This test is used to assess the level of English, Maths, general comprehension and basic Health & Safety. It is not used to discriminate against employees but to assess the level at which we are able to place individuals within our employment.   The minimum required pass mark is 85% which accounts to 28 marks out of a potential 33 that are available in this test.

    Rules

    • You must not copy answers from anyone else.
    • You must not discuss your answers with anybody else.
    • Use of phones and calculators whilst undertaking the test is NOT allowed and will result in automatic failure.
    • You have 30 minutes to complete the test.

    Read the passage below and select the correct answer in the multiple-choice questions. 

     

    You will be required to start work at 06.00 but you should arrive 15 minutes before your shift starts to ensure you are at your workstation on time. You are required to wear your issued Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times whilst in the building. If you are sick you should call MP Resourcing at least 1 hour before your shift in order to give us time to find cover for you. If you would like holiday you need to complete a holiday request form that you should get authorised by your shift leader and MP Resourcing. With regards to Health and Safety, all accidents and near misses must be reported immediately to your supervisor.
