Entry deadline is Thursday 17th October, 2019
- Please send a high resolution photo of the Pharmacy team or the exterior of the pharmacy with your application form
- Please complete the application form
- You may enter up to a maximum of two categories
Judging takes the form of a visit by a mystery shopper, who will visit your store and get a sampling of your service. You will be scored on:
· Presentation of the store both interior and exterior
· Accessibility of the pharmacist: is it easy to speak with the pharmacist when necessary?
· Level of customer care demonstrated by the staff within the store
· Level of customer engagement: Has the customer been approached and engaged with on entering the pharmacy?
Your store will be scored accordingly based on the level of service the shopper receives.
