This form is our Supplier/Contractor Questionnaire and would appreciate if you would complete and submit to us as soon as possible in order that we can include you on our Approved Suppliers List. You may save the form and continue later before submitting.
You are required to answer all the questions fully and accurately. Where additional information is necessary, then refer to it in your answer and include it as an attachment to your response.
Once received, we will review your information and this will be passed to your Pointer Contact to finalise the process to become an approved supplier.
We aim to maintain strong business ethics, meeting and where possible exceeding all relevant legal requirements. Behaving with honesty and integrity in all our activities and relationships. We aim to act ethically and fairly when dealing with our stakeholders. We will maintain internal controls to ensure that standards are met.
We promote sustainable development through our procurement practises. We seek to work with suppliers that promote fair trade practises through the supply chain. We will ensure that our suppliers are committed to ensuring that Child Labour practises are not part of providing products or services in the supply chain and they abide by the Modern Slavery Act.
We will work with our suppliers to ensure they are committed to providing products / services which does not employ child labour in any parts of its processes and adhere to the Modern Slavery Act. We will encourage our suppliers to participate in fair trade initiatives where available and seek suppliers who participate in such schemes.
Also noting that our Payment Terms are “End of following month after receiving invoice”, we understand these are accepted unless otherwise stated. We refer to our Terms & Conditions with future Business with your Company.
Insurance requirements for Sub-Contractors and Sub-Consultants
- Public and Products Liability minimum of £2,000,000
If the work involves activities of automist - Public and Products Liability then £5,000,000
- Professional Indemnity minimum of £1,000,000 (if any design works are involved)
Insurance Notes:
- The sub-contractors insurance should be revalidated evry 12 months throughout the duration of their contract with Pointer
- If the work is a whole of service or a complete installation the sub-contractor should have Products Liability included with their Public Liability
- If the contract is a whole of a security and/or fire service or complete security and/or fire installation the sub-contractor should have Inefficacy Liability included
