  • The tech team aim to provide techs, expertise and support to make your production a success. Once we have understood your requirements we will allocate resources, (technicians and equipment) to achieve your production goals.

We understand that sometimes, organisations may want provide some of the technical crew themselves. In order for this to be a success we need to know their details, roles and level of expertise.

The Athenaeum Tech team, however, reserves the right to remove an outside technician from participating in a production if:

    • it considers their actions or behaviour to compromises safety
    • their behaviour is inappropriate towards members of the cast, crew or public
    • If the standard of work is not appropriate with regards to safety or for the requirements of the performance

In addition the tech team will take over the role of the removed technician and the supplementry tech hours will be billed to the hirer.

Please note: One member of the Athenaeum technical team will be required to be present whenever the facility is in use to comply with our insurance and emergency evacuation procedures

If particular projections are required we can produce some custom media. Pricing depends on the complexity of the project
