FIRE students have an annual budget of 1000 euros that can be used for participation in events (conference, workshop, international trip to establish a new collaboration or to find a postdoc position, field trip, etc.) that are relevant for their professional project. The aim of this budget is to allow students to attend events that are not normally attended by members of their research groups (in line with the interdisciplinarity/originality of FIRE PhD projects).
In order to use the budget, students must provide a description of their motivation to attend the event and an approximate cost of each of the expenses associated with the trip (travel, accommodation, meals, etc.)
