Trader Registration Information
All Traders wishing to participate in the event should register by submitting a registration form, you will then be sent an invoice for payment. Please note, until payment is receievd your pitch is not allocated
Parking will be available onsite
All pitches to be cleared by 20:00 on Monday 25th May.
If your pitch requires a generator, these must be barriered, to reduce the risk of people being injured. You will be sent a site plan, nearer the event date to show your position.
1. Insurance and Risk Assessments
All traders must be covered by valid Public Liability Insurance & a risk assessment must be in place.
Food traders must include a copy of their Food Hygiene Certificate.
2. Setting up:
Traders are required to arrive between 06.00am and 09.30am on the day of the show, unless alternative arrangements are confirmed with event organisers.
(Event open at 10.00am to the general public).
Your pitch will be marked allocated within the Craft Marquee, and you are required to keep within your designated plot.
Please adhere to the 5MPH speed limit.
Vehicle movement on the event site will be limited to essential vehicles only. We ask that there is NO Trader vehicle movement between 09:30 and 17:00 on the day unless arranged with a member of the event team.
3. Camping. Camping is available onsite. Fees for camping are £45 for 2 people & 2 eveneing entertainment wristbands, £70 for 4 people & 4 eveneing entertainment wristbands and £90 for 6 people & 6 eveneing entertainment wristbands. Toilets and showers are available on site. You will be required to complete a Camping Registration form for this, which can be found on our webiste www.pbfow.co.uk
4. Fees
Pitch Fees for Peterborough Festival of Wheels:
£65 for a 6x2ft table. (You will have space around you to use for storage etc.)
(Please note this price is to trade for the 3 days of the event. This price does not include any chairs or power)
5. General:
Traders are expected to comply with all reasonable instructions provided by the event team.
Traders are expected to keep the area around their pitch clean and clear of rubbish and debris.
The Event Team of Peterborough Festival of Wheels accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property at the event.
