Pharmacy in Focus Awards 2021/2022
RULES & GUIDELINES
- Entry is FREE
- Entry is by self-application or nomination
- Entry deadline is Tuesday 23rd November 2021
This award is open to all involved in the profession, who have not only demonstrated proof of maximum impact on the pharmacy profession but have also provided inspiration to colleagues and peers.

Whether that impact is of a one-off nature due to some inspirational act, or of a long-term nature, with the individual having excelled in what they do is entirely driven by those, who apply or are nominated by a third party.

JUDGES WILL BE LOOKING FOR:

All entries will be judged by UCA-NI LTD, who will be looking for:

· Proof of a major contribution to both the pharmacy profession and to the community as a whole

· Evidence of drive and determination, which has been translated into practice and of a commitment to community pharmacy that goes ‘above and beyond’.
