Our training programme is comprised of two courses -
Meltam (year 11) and Masa (year 12).
This year we have a new look Meltam, with a focus on understanding Noam's ideology and working together to take action and run projects around it. Through this process you will learn invaluable leadership and teamwork skills and a deeper understanding of what it means to be a part of Noam. Meltam this year will be on alternate weeks.
Masa is the second year of our leadership programme. In preparation for leading Camp in the summer of 2020, this course focuses on the practical leadership skills needed, such as how to educate young people, how to deal with challenging behaviour and how to care for young people. This is complimented by the 10 hours of volunteering each participant will do throughout the year at different Noam events (Winter Camp, Club, Kaytana) where they can put all they’ve learnt into practice.
Meltam - 4.15-6.30pm
Masa has an alternating two week schedule:
Week 1 - 3-5.15pm
Week 2 (indicated as Masa only) - 3-4pm (some weeks longer if gaining practical leadership experience through running Noam Club)
