Only complete this form if you already have submitted a space booking request and wish to add an external speaker to the booking.
All external speakers must be requested a minimum of 14-days prior to an event. It is advised that you have all information ready related to your any external speakers who may be attending, as this form cannot be saved before submission. Please be aware that you cannot advertise for an external speaker until you have recieved approval from the Students' Union for their attendance.
No speaker is permitted to attend until they have been approved and an email is sent to the event organizer confirming this.
