I am purchasing the Accelerator Coaching Program offered by Business Growth Direct.
I must provide a 30-day notification to Business Growth Direct at info@businessgrowthdirect.com to end my Accelerator Coaching Program
My Accelerator Coaching Program is non-transferable and refunds are not available.
The Accelerator Coaching Program is not available to those who own a network marketing business, franchise, multi-level company nor to those who are an independent contractor for another company, brand or business.

The Accelerator Coaching Program forum is hosted on and through the Facebook platform and Skype/Zoom video conference.
Accelerator group calls/sessions will be recorded and that recordings will be made available to only those who have attended the call.
It is my responsibility to register for any and all Accelerator Coaching Program events and coaching sessions.
That information on how to register is included in the Facebook Cover image in the online Facebook community and in my welcome packet.
I do not have permission to add any of the Accelerator participants to any list. Including, but not limited to, my own newsletter or event invites without their permission.
All information and ideas presented by Business Growth Direct are proprietary materials and cannot be used in any form without written consent and proper branding.
All information and ideas presented by other Accelerator participants are proprietary materials of the individual members and cannot be used in any form without written consent from the individual business owner.
I understand it is my responsibility to clarify if something is or is not proprietary materials prior to using the materials, information or concept in any way.
I am to maintain a professional atmosphere within the Accelerator forum at all times including but not limited to: making sure my sharing, commenting and posting is valuable, supportive and respectful of all within the forum and outside the forum
If I am sharing a personal situation, client/customer situation or any type of similar situation I am to limit any details that would identify the other party involved and state things in the most self-respective and professional manner as possible.
If any of my actions or interactions within the Accelerator forum could in any way be in contradiction with these agreements that Business Growth Direct has the authority and right to delete my comments, posts or other information without my permission, consent or awareness.
Should I have any disagreements with the management or use of the Accelerator forum I need to contact Business Growth Direct directly via e-mail to info@businessgrowthdirect.com
Statement of Intent
I understand that any coaching services I will be receiving in my Accelerator Coaching Program will be from Business Growth Direct and are not offered as a substitute for mental health care. I also understand that Business Growth Direct is not acting as a psychotherapist and does not purport to offer mental health care.
I understand that Business Growth Direct will maintain the confidentiality of our communications only to the extent defined by the laws of the Country/State each of us resides in.
I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my wellbeing during my coaching and subsequently all of my choices and decisions.
I understand that all comments and ideas offered by Business Growth Direct are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my business and personal goals. I hereby give informed consent to Business Growth Direct to assist and guide me in achieving such goals.
I understand that any and all of the content, activities, forms and other formats of supportive aids are the sole propriety property of Business Growth Direct and are only available to me for my own personal use. I understand they cannot be reproduced in their original form or repackaged for any purpose. I understand that if I have any questions about what is or is not the sole propriety property of Business Growth Direct it is my responsibility to ask for clarification.
I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Business Growth Direct their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or by Business Growth Direct as a result of advice given by Business Growth Direct or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns and agents.
I hereby agree to allow Business Growth Direct to document my name and coaching hours.
I understand that by clicking the submit button below this will act as my consent and indicates that I have read, understand and am in agreement with all of the above participation and financial statements of understanding.
