Job responsibilities Including (but not limited to):
• To ensure that the day-to-day running of the bars operates in an efficient and professional manner with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• To set up the bar area and seating area prior to opening, check inventories, control transfers and note when new supply is needed.
• Suggestive selling of beverages informing customers about current bar specials and practising up selling beverages.
• To follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean work environment at all times.
• Privacy and confidentiality of customers is to be respected at all times.
• Security of the venue and of guest property is to be maintained with any suspicious circumstances to be reported to your Manager immediately.
