    GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

All students must have filled out a Par-q form and informed consent form before taking part in any class/event or workshop. It is the students responsibility to inform their instructor of any changes to their medical condition when they attend each class.

Class times must be adhered to. There are other things going on before and after your class and if there isn't a class after yours, we would like to go home.

Warm ups and cool downs will be structured. Therefore when told to come off equipment, you need to do it quickly so cool down can be done in time for the class to finish on time and for people to leave ready for the next class. It also goes hand in hand with sticking to class times.

Any equipment got out, needs to be put away tidily.

If you have specific equipment you need to work on, you must book it prior to class. Equipment booking will be based on maximum of 3 persons sharing one apparatus at any one time. However we will try to limit it to a max of two. And you can't prebook equipment prior to 48hours in advance of class.

If you book use of specific equipment then do not turn up without giving notice. You will forfeit your right to prebook equipment. Same applies if you prebook equipment then barely use it.

No food or drink on matted area.

No bags, phones or other personal belongings on the matted area.

No jewellery to be worn during any class. All body piercing must be taped or covered.

No lotions on hands or body.

No buckles, studs or zips on clothing that could catch on the equipment.

Use of grip aid must be approved by your instructor before use. Studio grip aid will only be supplied when absolutely essential except rosin which we are happy for you to use as and when required. If you know you require grip aid to work efficiently then please bring your own.

Chalk is no longer permitted. It's to messy and the benefits do not warrant the effort to tidy it up. Use rosin instead.

No photos or videos to be taken during classes without consent from your instructor.

    No spectators during any sessions.

Respect and consideration must be shown to other participants at all times.

Any discriminatory language will not be tolerated.

Any and all injuries suffered during class, including minor injuries, must be reported to the instructor at the time of occurrence.

Students are NOT permitted to instruct each other. If you have any questions please ask your instructor.

In the event of snow or bad weather we will announce any class cancellation on  Facebook and Instagram pages. If you are concerned a class may be cancelled due to bad weather and can't see a notification, please contact us. If the class runs and you can’t make it, your lesson will be forfeited.

    MEMBERSHIPS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

Membership fees are due the same day each month. If you are not attending a class on the day your fees are due please ensure you pay during the last session you attend before your fees are due or by bank transfer.

We require a minimum 4 weeks notice to cancel membership.

If payment of fees is late you will not be permitted to train until  fees have been paid and furure membership fees will still remain due on the original date each month.

Membership fees are based on a 48 week year. But to make it easier we accept payment each calender month. However this means full fees are still due even when the studio is closed for instructors holidays. I.e during December when we may be closed for Christmas.

If membership is cancelled for any reason you will not be permitted to return as a member for a 6 month period but will be welcome to train on a pay per class basis.

All pay per class payments must be made at the time of booking.

All private classes must be paid for in full at time of booking.

If you need to miss a drop in, private or pay as you go class please give us at least 24 hours notice. You will be charged in full for less than 24hrs notice of non attendance of any class.

Courses are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
