Giving up your pet can be very hard emotionally. There are numerous reasons for wanting to, or having to do this!

Here at BeKind we do not judge. We want to help if we can, and provide the animal with a safe place.

Please be as honest as possible in this application. If you feel you need to add further details please add it into the end question with your reason for relinquishment.

I agree to provide a BeKind representative access to my home, or the property the animal/s resides to do an initial assessment of the animal/s.

I agree that i am the owner of said animal/s and it is/they are registered to me.

If the relinquishment should go ahead, i agree to sign across the animal/s to BeKind Rescue and give any paperwork or information i have.

I understand that the animal/s will be fully assessed in a foster home, and then once ready will be available for adoption.

I understand that Data Protection prevents BeKind from passing on any of the adopters details.

I agree that the information i have given is true, and if anything i have said is found to be untrue, BeKind will not continue with the relinquishment.

I accept that BeKind Rescue may not be able to help in some cases but they will advise on other places which may be able to assist in my relinquishment.
