Every member of Cambridge Car Club Ltd. undertakes to contribute to the assets of the Company, in the event of the club being wound up during the time that he/she is a member or within one year afterwards, for payment of debts and liabilities of the Company contracted before he/she ceased to be a member and the costs, charges and expenses of winding up the same and for the adjustment of the rights of the contributors amongst themselves such amounts as may be required not exceeding £5.00
