  • When our GigX members land roles, they will frequently do a gap analysis to see where there might be additional need across the organization.

  • A number of our members have paid for leads through other services, and they look at GigX as being successful if they get a few leads – whether they become clients or not. They see GigX as part of their multi-channel strategy to grow their business, not as a silver bullet.

  • We are currently a one-sided model, which means we only charge a monthly or annual membership to our GigX members. We do not charge hiring entities to search the Network and contact you, nor do we take a percentage of your fees. We provide the handshake and get out of the way.

  • Many of our GigX members have learned to talk about themselves differently, and this is opening up new types of conversations and opportunities.

    A good example: GigX members who used to refer to themselves as "Consultants" are now positioning themselves as "Fractional CxOs".

    This approach seems to elevate the conversation, and it allows a prospective client to see the GigX member in a new, more attractive light.

  • Many of our members see GigX as a community, and they want to be known within it and help it grow.  We currently allow members to guest blog on GigX.com. Did you know that?

    We highlight GigX members on our social media channels, and we’ll be doing this on a deeper level in the weeks to come.  The more activity we can create, the better GigX will perform as a platform, making GigX easily found online by hiring entities.

  • We created a GigX Ambassador status that includes a “badge” that can be displayed online. This status is for GigX members who are helping to build the GigX community.
  • Step 9
  • Over the past few months, we've been focused on building our social platforms, offering relevant blog posts, and enhancing our SEO.

    Recently, we launched a broad web-based advertising campaign.

    Additionally, we've been speaking at and supporting a variety of executive networking groups.

    We're doing all of this for one reason: To grow the GigX community and generate opportunities for our members!
