P45 Request
P45 requests need to reach us by noon on Monday to be processed in the same week's payroll run. Please note: the P45 form summarises your pay and tax to date (see our tax guide for more details). You need a P45 when moving to a new employer or another agency. If you are simply ending an assignment but expect to continue working with Gordon Yates, you don't need to request a P45.
