For projects up to 100m2 and no higher than a single storey, the following standard mechanical attachment pattern applies and there is no need to complete a windload calculation request.

Your perimeter and corner zone is a standard 1000mm around the roof pereimeter. Membrane lap fasteners within this zone should be installed at no greater than 150mm centres.

For the remaining area, membrane lap fasteners should be installed at no greater than 350mm centres.
For projects up to 100m2 and no higher than three storeys, the following standard mechanical attachment pattern applies and there is no need to complete a windload calculation request.
