Requirements for application

Only applicants based in the United Kingdom can apply for Level 2 Accredited Pratitioner or Level 3 Advanced Practitioner status through The Institute for Social Value. If you are not based in the United Kingdom, you must apply through Social Value International. You can find more information on their website here.

All applicants must be members of The Institute for Social Value. If you are not a current member of the Institute for Social Value, please register on our website here before completing this form.

Supporting documents

We require the following documents to complete your application:
- A complete copy of the report, including any appendices, with all references to the author removed (preferably in MS Word version or similar).
- A complete Excel (or similar) version of the impact map used as the basis for this analysis, with all references to the author removed.
- Evidence of permission to submit the report from the relevant organisations. This evidence can be a signed letter, or a screenshot of an email from a representative of the organisation.
- A signed copy of the Terms and Conditions of Application.
- A signed copy of the Commitment to Good Practice.
- A signed copy of the Report Assurance Terms and Conditions.
- A supporting statement of interest in Social Value and SROI. A template document can be downloaded here.
