    To be completed by all persons (partners, employees or out-sourced security teams) accessing APAC data via the Partnership website or radio system.

  • To access the Ashford Partnership Against Crime Ltd website, each user must register with a seperate email address, i.e. users cannot share one business email address.

    This ensures that individual's access to the data contained in the website is properly monitored in accordance with GDPR.

  • You will be required to accept our Rules & Protocols before using the website, but you can download them if you wish.

    Please indicate below whether you are registering to use our radio network; our secure website & app; or both.

  • Where you have requested website access, you will shortly receive a 'Welcome' email from our DISC system (please check your junk folder regularly). 

    Clicking the link in that 'Welcome' email will invite you to complete your registration and then allow access to our secure website.

  • Terms and Conditions

    1. I undertake to ensure that any information to which I have access will be managed according to any APAC documentation or protocols which may be applicable.

    2. I understand that any breach of this agreement may be dealt with in accordance with the disciplinary procedures of the Partnership. Making an unauthorised disclosure of data will lead to an investigation by the Information Commissioner's Office and may lead to criminal prosecution.

    3. As a member of A.P.A.C. I agree to provide the Partnership with appropriate intelligence & information, including crimes committed against this business; other incidents of a criminal nature such as anti-social behaviour; and relevant photographic images where available.

    4. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform A.P.A.C. if I leave the employment of this company, or I am moved to another branch.
