ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS PLEASE NOTE: In order to be able to connect to the event distribution points, it will be necessary for you to provide and use a compatible cable and connection which conforms with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Production and stage team will be available throughout the event.The type of cabling and connection you will require to bring with you are as follows:SIZE TYPESupplies up to 16 amps (3kw) 2.5 3138YAG BS4343ARTIC CABLE (Blue)Supplies up to 32 amps (6kw) 4.0 3138YAG BS4343ARTIC CABLE (Blue)Please note that connections above 32amp single phase are not available on the showground. Also, there are no 3 phase supplies available on the showground.(MINIMUM LENGTH OF CABLE REQUIRED = 30 METRES)All cable extensions and connecting couplings must carry a P.A.T. Test Certificate (Portable Appliance Test) valid for the duration of the Event. A photocopy of the test certificate must be attached or be forwarded to the Office 1 month prior to the Show.The Event will be empowered to refuse electrical connection if a valid test certificate is not received within 1 month of the Festival.

Guidelines: Using the guidelines below, please consider what risk there is to those building up and removing trade stands and to visitors during the show/festival. Please outline the steps you propose to take to minimise that risk in the table above. Please copy this page if more space is required. If in your opinion, there is no risk, please print NO RISK. If unsure of stand features at the time of booking, and can therefore not complete this form, or if the risk changes before the show dates, please contact the show organisers ASAP.

For hazards listed, please outline the steps you propose to take to minimise the risk.
Slipping; drowning; tripping hazards; chemicals; moving parts of machinery; pressure systems; electricity; dust and fumers.
Staff; maintenance personnel; contractors; operators etc. Pay particular attention to: staff with disabilities; visitors; lone workers.
Do they: meet legal requirements; represent good practice; reduce risk as far as reasonable practicable.

I/We have read the terms and conditions and will comply with the Handling food and drink guidelines I/We confirm to abide by the Festival / Show Rules, Regulations and Special Conditions as laid out in the Exhibitor Manual and to indemnify Sbarc Ltd against any claim arising from Personal Injury, Loss or Damage to Property, however occasioned.
I/We am/are that all electric used at the Festival, including any extension leads, will have a current PAT certificate before, during and after the duration of the event. The total power consumption of appliances attached to a single outlet extension leads will not exceed the capacity of the extension lead.
I/We also agree to clear the site of all litter and rubbish after the Festival and to deposit such litter and rubbish in the receptacles provided.
By submitting this form I confirm that I have read and understand all sections of the form. I also confirm that all the details contained herein are correct and that I will notify Sbarc Ltd in writing within 14 days of any changes to this information.
Under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 it is mandatory to demonstrate legal right to work in the UK. Therefore if you are NOT a national from the UK, Switzerland or the European Economic Area countries, you MUST send us proof of a legal right to work in the UK.
