Whether you want to improve confidence, fitness, sports performance, technical up skilling, learn a new skill, have fun, enhance your mental & physical wellbeing, lose weight or want nutrition advice. We have a plan to suit you. All ages welcome (From age 4 and above) irrespective of fitness/sports experience.

    Bespoke One-to-one tuition

    Create tailored plans according to your individual needs. You can question the coaches about anything specific you want to improve - all of the focus and attention is solely on you.


    Small/Large group bookings

    Get fit while having fun with your friends and family and challenge each other. You can hold each other accountable and have a support system aside from us :). You can also split the cost of the coach(es).

    Performance training

    Work on all areas of your game encluding Technical upskilling, Endurance, flexibility, agility, strength, speed and mindset. We'll push you as hard as you want to be pushed to reach your goals.
