  • EXHIBIT CONTRACT - EXHIBITION RULES 

  • 1. General Provisions – The right to exhibit at the Croatia Nautic Show - hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition; have all legal and natural persons whose offer is a part of the concept of the Exhibition, and who on time submit the Application / Exhibition Contract and make a total payment to the Organizer's account within the given deadline. The Application Form is an integral part of the Exhibition Contract.

  • 2. Registration - Terms and Method of Payment - Registration is irrevocable and obliges the Exhibitor. Upon receipt of the certified Application Form and payment made on the submitted Financial Offer, the Organizer concludes with the Exhibitor in writing the Exhibition Contract. If due to unforeseen circumstances the Exhibitor proposes in writing to withdraw his Application 30 days before the Exhibition start date, and the Organizer accepts it, the Exhibitor will be invoiced 50% of the total Application. Cancellation made by the Exhibitor within less than 30 days prior to the date of the beginning of the Exhibition, withdraws the obligation of the Exhibitor to pay the total price of the exhibited services. In the event that the Exhibitor verifies and submits the Application Form without payment, no later than March 03, 2025, the Organizer reserves the right to decide independently on the admission of that Exhibitor to the Exhibition.

  • 3. Exhibition space - The Organizer offers the Exhibitor the exhibition space and all exhibition services listed in the Application Form, for which the Organizer will invoice him upon the application and the total payment. Quantities and types of exhibition space required are determined by the Exhibitor himself solely by certification of the Application Form. The Exhibitor at the Exhibition may exhibit only his products and equipment, and use the requested space exclusively in accordance with the completed and certified Application form, subject to the Organizer's consent. In case of use of the premises and services that the Exhibitor did not previously request by the Application Form or the Organizer did not approve them; and which are established before or during the Exhibition, the same will be invoiced to the Exhibitor in addition or denied. The Organizer is obliged to submit to the Exhibitor with whom he has concluded and certified the Exhibition Contract, the requested exhibition space together with paid services not later than 24 hours before the official opening of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor is obliged to complete all the work on the installation of the exhibition equipment and complete the arrangement of his leased exhibition space no later than 12 hours before the official opening of the Exhibition. Cleaning of all parts of the leased space and all exhibited exhibits is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor. Furthermore, upon completion of the Exhibition, the Exhibitor undertakes to hand over the total used exhibition space to the Organizer in the same condition and quantities in which he received them. Otherwise, the Exhibitor is obliged to cover all costs of loss or damage to the rented and used equipment to the Exhibitor [C1] or third parties. The exhibitor is not allowed to lease the exhibition space to other legal or natural persons. Otherwise, the Exhibition Space shall be deemed to have been rented out without the Organizer's consent, and the Exhibitor Space and / or the services used by the Exhibitor will be invoiced, plus 100% price.
  • 4. Insurance - Insurance of vessels and equipment for the duration of the Exhibition is the sole obligation of the Exhibitor, and the Organizer is not responsible for any damage caused to the Exhibitor's exhibits before, during or after the Exhibition. The exhibitor is obliged to insure all his vessels, equipment and other exhibits from liability with the insurance company. The Organizer undertakes to provide berth, installation of its own equipment and its insurance in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the use of berths or spaces of the Marina Kaštela, in whose area and under whose jurisdiction all vessels and equipment will be exposed in the sea or in the dry. Therefore, the Exhibitor is obliged to comply with all provisions of the Rulebook on General Terms of Use of Berths and Acts of Order in the Port as prescribed by the Marina Kaštela. The Exhibitor is obliged to stay in the Exhibition Room personally or through his accredited representatives daily during the entire working hours of the Exhibition. Exhibitors exhibiting vessels and offshore equipment at sea shall be obliged to provide, outside the opening hours of the Exhibition, an authorized person qualified to operate these vessels or navigational equipment. Therefore, any damage caused to all exhibits is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor.
  • 5. Working hours of the Exhibition - Working hours for exhibiting and visiting during the duration of the Exhibition are defined by the program of events of the Exhibition. During the duration of the Exhibition, the Exhibitor is obliged to be in his exhibition space at least 30 minutes before the opening hours of the Exhibition, as well as 30 minutes after the closing hours of the Exhibition, in order to surrender to control the vessels and / or exhibition equipment, as well as rented exhibition spaces, to the accredited employees of the Organizer, Marina Kaštela or official insurance Exhibitions. The Organizer undertakes to inform the exhibitors in due time about any relevant changes in the organization or regarding the working hours of the Exhibition. In the event of such changes the Exhibitor cannot claim damages from the Organizer.
  • 6. Privacy Policy - The deletion and limitation of the processing of personal data of the Exhibitor may be requested by email: info@hmb.org or in writing at: DHMB Association, Hrvatskih branitelja 30; 21215 Kaštel Lukšić
  • 7. Departure / testing - Departure / testing, trial and presentation trips inside or outside the premises and waters of the Kaštela Marina are allowed only during the working hours of the Exhibition. Solely for the safety of people, exhibits and equipment; the Organizer reserves the right to decide to temporarily prohibit leaving of the port, as well as temporarily store exposed equipment, if warranted by unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather.
  • 8. Photos, audios, videos and commercials - The Organizer is authorized to photograph and make all kinds of video and audio materials and use them for his own and general needs during the Exhibition. The Exhibitor disclaims any copyrights and claims in this respect. Exhibitors, on the other hand, are allowed to record, photograph and use material created during the Exhibition, with the obligation to emphasize the name of the Exhibition at which they were produced during any media public announcement of photographs and video material.
  • 9. Final Provisions - In the event of a dispute arising out of non-compliance or different interpretation of this Contract, ie the Application Form, the Organizer and the Exhibitor agree on the territorial jurisdiction of the court in Split.
