I understand that the puppy package must be pre-paid before the first puppy visit, and my puppy must be less than 14 weeks old to qualify for the package. All puppy visits and subsequent day care days must be pre-booked in advance. The package includes 10 day care passes, these must be used within 4 weeks of your puppies first day care day with us. I understand that my puppy cannot start day care until they have had their vaccinations, this is usually around 12-14 weeks of age. Proof of vaccinations will need to be provided via your customer portal before your puppy can start day care.
