Before completing this form we strongly advise you read our Appeal Information Booklet and our Admission Policy. The booklet provides information on how to submit your evidence and the appeals process. It is your responsiblity to submit evidence in the correct way and by the published deadlines. School and the Appeals Panel will not request it from you.

Approximately 2 weeks before the appeal you be will sent further information including the Governors' Statement of Case and your appeal hearing appointment date and time.

Do you require a friend/representative/interpreter at the hearing?

If so please make arrangements for a relative or friend to attend with you as an interpreter. This person will usually already have knowledge of your circumstances and can help explain your case to the appeal panel.

Appeal Hearing Appointment
Our School Appeals are administered by Trafford Governance Services. They will contact you approximately 2 weeks before the hearing regarding the date and time of the appeal, and also send you the relevant paperwork including the School Governors' Statement of Case. They can be contacted on school.appeals@trafford.gov.uk .

If you fail to attend a scheduled appeal, your Appeal Hearing will be heard in absentia.
